Carito & Partners Factory is a communications company specialized in the design and implementation of:

  • Large events and shows for live performances and television productions

  • Stage, scene and exhibit design

  • Audiovisual, multimedia and multi-platform projects

  • Advertising campaigns and integrated communication campaigns

Moreover, with its Management and Legal division, Carito & Partners plans the activity and follows the interests of dozens of creative professionals.

Carito & Partners Creative Factory was established in early 2007 on solid grounds: The Management Division had already been exclusively representing some of the most famous new wave Italian authors and TV directors for several years. Talent that had backgrounds not only from the biggest TV shows but also the most important music, theatre and radio productions.

C&P’s vision was to organize them into a stable working team and then offer this know-how to the events and communication market. Over time, experienced set designers, choreographers, light designers and expert executive producers have joined us.

With this approach, C&P has been able to grow very quickly and face challenges that were seemingly only reserved for older companies. C&P has been immediately able to meet the expectations of important clients and take advantage of its 4 main points of strength:

  1. The capacity to be a full-fledged communications project management company capable of supporting clients as a partner in all phases of their communication activity.

  2. The flexibility to offer, not only the implementation of turnkey projects following all the production phases, but also unbiased and specific counseling through collaborating with other structures.

  4. A working method, which is typically adopted by TV, that starts from concept development to then define every single detail of the format so that finally the working team and the production structure may be modeled for implementation.
